What challenges await you?

Customer Needs & Analysis
You clearly identify customer needs and requirements through workshops, interviews and analysis. You delve into their context and challenges in order to arrive at clear problem statements and improvement goals.

Business Process Analysis
You analyze existing business processes and identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities. You translate these insights into concrete actions or digital solutions that create added value.

Functional specifications
You translate collected customer needs and process insights into clear, detailed functional specifications. These form the bridge between business and IT so that development teams know exactly what is expected.

Stakeholder management & project management
You proactively maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels from operational staff to C-level and act as a connecting link between business, IT and external parties. In addition, you are also responsible for the meticulous follow-up of the project (scope, timing & budget).

Solution Architecture
You think strategically about the design of data and IT solutions, in close coordination with the scrum team. You ensure that solutions are scalable, feasible and aligned with broader business goals.

Validation & Testing
You guide the testing of solutions through UAT scenarios and validation cycles. You ensure that the final solution meets predefined functional requirements and is effectively deployable in practice.

Implementation & guidance
You support implementation processes and guide end users in taking new processes or systems into use. You ensure knowledge transfer and a smooth adoption

Mentorship & knowledge sharing
You will take on a coaching role within the organization. You mentor junior analysts and consultants and actively share your knowledge and experience within the practice group and with clients.

Continuous Improvement
You actively contribute to the development of analytical frameworks and best practices within Rezolv. You have a knack for innovation and think about how we can continue to improve our methodologies.

About you

An analytical mind that thinks strategically, has strong communication skills and maintains an overview of complex initiatives.

Must-haves:

• At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst or (functional) consultant;

• Proven track record in stakeholder management at the C-level;

• Thorough knowledge of business analysis techniques (e.g., BPMN, use case modeling, user stories);

• Excellent communication skills in NL and EN (FR is a plus);

• Hands-on mentality with an eye for change and quality.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience in Agile/Scrum teams;

• Experience in the retail or logistics industry;

• Experience in event storming;

• Knowledge of UML, data modeling and API/process integration is a plus.
